Some frequently asked questions

Freelancers have to submit their passport copy and a copy of the ID card.

As a seller, you will have to fix the price of each and every product by understanding the market demands and needs. Jazp.com will not charge anything for listing the products. We will charge only for the order received with the fixed commission rates for the categories.

The commission fee is a certain percentage of the item value of your product. It differs across categories and sub-categories which will be clearly mentioned in the agreement before the deal is signed.

It will be sent to you after the registration process. The seller department team will contact you to give you a brief on the support that will be provided by jazp.com and its selling procedures and then provide you the document.

Jazp.com has a dedicated team that will create the SKUs. The seller is then, requested to update the list of the products that they wish to sell on the portal. The minimum number of products required to list on the portal is one.

Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. As soon as a customer places an order, you will instantly receive an e-mail alert as a notification. Just pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame provided and inform us through the seller portal. This will alert our logistics partner when to collect the product from you.

The Jazp.com driver will collect the order item from the seller and dispatch after packing.

As a seller it is your responsibility to update the products in the dashboard. If the product is ‘Out of stock’ after the order has been placed, then the cancellation charges will be borne by the seller. He/she will be entitled to pay the commission amount to Jazp.com as ‘Negligence Fine’.

Jazp.com will not accept physically damaged/used/unboxed products from the customer. The product is returned to the seller only if the product received is in a resell condition or a wrong product was delivered to the customer or there were issues with the product at the time of selling.
